Petrobras informs about RMNR trial at STF

Petrobras, in continuation of the announcements of 02/15/2022, 06/26/2023, 06/28/2023 and 11/13/2023, informs that, on March 1, 2024, the Federal Supreme Court ("STF") closed the trial, held in virtual plenary, of the process in which the Minimum Remuneration by Level and Regime (RMNR) is discussed.  

The 1st Panel of the STF unanimously dismissed the motion for clarification filed by the plaintiff and the unions, maintaining the understanding that reaffirms the validity of the collective bargaining agreement freely signed by Petrobras and the unions, regarding the calculation methodology for calculating the remuneration of the Company's employees.
