In this 2024 edition of CeraWeek, Petrobras promoted the "Energy Transition Reception," an event that brought together leaders from global companies and associations in the energy sector. The aim is to promote cooperation between all the links in the sector in favor of the energy transition.

Also on Monday (3/18), the president of Petrobras, Jean Paul Prates, together with company executives, held bilateral meetings with global CEOs Wael Sawan (Shell); Shaikh Nawaf S. Al-Sabah (Kuwait Petroleum Corporation -KPC); Nadia Al-Hajji (Petrochemical Industries Company - PIC); Patrick Pouyanné (TotalEnergies); and Annand Jagesar (Staatsolie - Suriname).

"Petrobras remains committed to promoting dialogue with the energy industry, as it understands that the energy transition is only possible with broad debate and international cooperation," said Jean Paul Prates.
