Petrobras testa robô especializado em entregas de amostras em seu centro de pesquisas
Equipamento pode transportar até 35 kg de amostras como petróleo e seus derivados e rochas
A Petrobras iniciou os testes com um drone terrestre para transporte de amostras, entre os diversos laboratórios do centro de pesquisas e inovação da empresa, o Cenpes, onde são desenvolvidas as tecnologias utilizadas pela Petrobras. O objetivo é verificar se a tecnologia tem potencial para redução de exposição humana ao risco, através da entrega automatizada que evita contato físico com as substâncias transportadas.
“O robô de transporte de amostras é um experimento para avaliar a viabilidade e os ganhos em segurança do uso de veículos autônomos ou remotamente controlados para transporte de pequenas cargas internamente em unidades terrestres. Esse drone poderá ser utilizado para transporte de amostras, documentos, pequenos componentes ou ferramentas, evitando que um trabalhador tenha que se deslocar apenas para essa tarefa”, explica a gerente executiva do Cenpes, Maiza Goulart. “Há uma outra iniciativa de desenvolvimento, em outra frente, de um veículo autônomo que permitirá o transporte de cargas maiores que 35kg e sem a necessidade de um operador remoto, utilizando as mesmas vias já existentes para os veículos”, revela.
O entregador em teste é “elétrico”, literalmente. Movido a bateria, atinge a velocidade de cerca de 6 km/h, o equivalente de uma pessoa, não atleta, correndo. Equipado com sistema GPS, duas câmeras e controlado remotamente por um piloto, o equipamento pode transportar uma carga de até 35 kg e utiliza a rede 4G comercial. Desenvolvido por uma startup nacional, o entregador já é utilizado atualmente por uma rede de supermercados em outra aplicação.
O trajeto do drone é monitorado. A cada ponto de entrega, a central de controle informa e confere quem está abrindo a caixa de transporte e basta o destinatário mostrar o crachá para ser identificado. Em caso de dúvida, também é possível conversar com a central por meio de WhatsApp e por voz, já que o drone é equipado com um tipo de walkie talkie.
Equipado com chassi robótico, o drone recebeu uma identidade visual, uma carinha simpática, para o período de experiência, mas ainda não tem nome pois não foi “efetivado”. O contrato de teste da tecnologia inclui o serviço de pilotagem e suporte da máquina e vai até agosto.
